Hebron Reunion

We have listened to the feedback from 2023 and a more central restaurant location has been found. Despite there being a gap since the last London Reunion, we hope some of you had a chance to join the 125th Celebrations this year instead, either in person in Ooty, or online.

DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE: The closest London Underground station is St James’s Park. From exiting the station, walk south-west on Broadway passing Christchurch Gardens on your right. Cross over Victoria Street and take the right fork continuing along Strutton Ground. At the roundabout turn right onto Greycoat Place. Yaatra will be on your right. It is a 5 minute walk or 0.2 miles and is mostly flat. You can also arrive from Victoria Underground or London Victoria Train Station. Exit walking north-east towards Terminus Place. Turn right onto Terminus Place, then crossover onto Wilton Road, heading right. Cross over Vauxhall Bridge Road and turn left towards Victoria Street. Turn right onto Victoria Street and continue straight through several junctions. Take a right turn near The Albert, All Bar One, Pret a Manger, and House of Fraser, into Artillery Row. Follow this round the corner until you get to a roundabout, then take the left turn onto Greycoat Place. Yaatra will be on your left. It isa 13 mins walk and 0.6 miles, again fairly flat.

RESTAURANT DETAILS: There is no parking outside the restaurant, but guests can be dropped off by car/taxi. There is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor which is all one level. There are two floors to the restaurant so you can spread out, but we will gather on the ground floor for the presentations. There is no charge for attending the reunion. Cobra beer will be available. If you require gluten free or vegetarian, please let me know.

There will be updates from the Principal on current day Hebron and the 125th Celebrations, as well as an update on Council involvements from the Council Chair. There will be an opportunity to purchase memorabilia and merchandise which you will need cash for please. We are also hoping to have a focus on the 50th celebration of the amalgamation – I realise we are a couple of years late now after the delay to February 2025, but if you have any photographs or memories that you would like to share, please email me on the details below or bring them along on the day where we can display them.
